These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any services, programs, or materials provided by Kim Apodaca / Recharge Your Style LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services

We provide personal styling, executive styling, corporate workshops, coaching, and educational programs. The scope, deliverables, and pricing for each service will be outlined in a written agreement or proposal prior to engagement.

2. Payments & Billing

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payment plans must be honored in full unless otherwise approved by us in writing.

  • All payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Kajabi).

  • By purchasing a service, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for agreed amounts.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • 14-Day Grace Period: For coaching programs only, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase. Payments already made are non-refundable. If cancellation is requested within this period, no further payments will be due.

  • After 14 Days: All payments are non-refundable and you remain responsible for completing any outstanding balance under your agreed payment plan.

  • Early Termination Requests: If you wish to withdraw after 14 days, you must notify us in writing. We may, at our discretion, release you from further obligations if minimal services have been delivered.

4. Client Responsibilities

By engaging with our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for styling or coaching services.

  • Show up for scheduled appointments on time or provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.

  • Participate actively and in good faith in the styling or coaching process.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, materials, and programs provided—including Primed by Style™, The Greatness Blueprint™, and The KIM Method™—remain our exclusive intellectual property.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials without written permission

  • Share client-facing materials outside of your agreed use

  • Repurpose our proprietary methods for commercial purposes

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.

6. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding specific results, income, or outcomes from styling, coaching, or workshops. Results vary based on individual circumstances, implementation, and effort.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you for services provided.

  • We are not responsible for third-party misuse of information or services.

8. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality. Any personal or business information shared during services will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall first be attempted through good faith mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Los Angeles County, California.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
