Born in South Africa and raised across continents, I was shaped by a deep appreciation for culture, beauty, and self-expression. After moving to the U.S. over 25 years ago with a background in business and Industrial psychology, I found myself immersed in the world of Hollywood, where I witnessed firsthand how style can shift energy, presence, and opportunity.
What began as a love for fashion quickly became a calling: helping others rise into their full potential through style, mindset, and presence.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of styling thousands, from Fortune 500 CEOs, studio executives, and global leaders to entrepreneurs, athletes, and changemakers. My work has been featured in Success Magazine, WWD, and The Hollywood Reporter, and I’ve spoken on stages for organizations such as OCMA, FIT, World Federation of United Nations Associations, NYU, Teal HQ, Bloomingdale’s, and Van Cleef & Arpels.

As a mom and proud Air Force wife, Hayley understands the value of a wardrobe that’s both beautiful and practical.
